Young Dreams began life in 2009 when one of the regulars at the bar Vamoose in Bergen played a little of his music to some other barflies and musicians at an after hours party. The next day he rang one of the other guys that had been there and asked if they wanted to come to the studio and sing on a track. A week or so later another fellow from the bar heard the resulting tune and in turn asked if he could come in and do one. Eventually word got around and a collective of sorts formed. Yong Dreams who soon become many in number, subsequently locked themselves in a tiny basement and got down to working on some songs together. Two weeks later a fully fledged band had formed, ready to share its dreams with the outside world.
