Samling is a new band from Stockholm, consisting of Max Grundmann, Petter Karlsson, Victor Hvidfeldt, Lise-Lotte Wennerstrand, Tobias Öhman, Erik Sainz and Karl Johan Liljeberg. They play hot progressive psychedelica, a mixture of a Swedish prog rock, The Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Soundtrack Of Our Lives. According to “Språktidningen” the cocky language costume is on the way back, but in urban hipsterpossen it is still humility, lowered shoulders and a beard which is the national dress. Combined with the good tradition of knowledge, solid craftsmanship and a willingness to advance and change what previous generations passed on the bet and lost in. Everything in order, that is. Love.
